I loved that the hotel was just a few steps from the Centro de Interpretacion 'Los Universos de Cervantes' and only a short walk to Plaza de Cervantes, making it super easy to explore the vibrant streets and beautiful parks of Alcala de Henares, and I also appreciated the spacious room with stunning views of the hotel’s own Japanese gardens.

The Superior Double Room was spacious and felt more like a suite, with great furnishings and a modern bathroom. The unique lighting options were nice, but took some time to figure out. Super comfy bedding, which was a huge plus for a good night's sleep. It had all the amenities, making it perfect for relaxation.

The architecture of the hotel is striking, displaying a unique blend of historical features and modern designs. Spacious rooms are well-decorated, giving a luxurious feel that complements the hotel's overall aesthetic.
Navigating the hotel's corridors was somewhat confusing, with room numbers that didn't seem to follow a logical order. The room was quite warm due to air conditioning inconsistencies, and I struggled with the complicated lighting system, which made it difficult to find the right settings in the dark. the absence of English-speaking TV channels was disappointing, and the restaurant experience left much to be desired in terms of food quality and atmosphere. I also found the bedding rather rigid. while some might appreciate a firm mattress, it didn't suit my comfort preferences, leading to a less than restful night’s sleep.

comfortable stay with a few minor issues
The location is fantastic! ! Just a short stroll from the old town made our exploration effortless. Our room was spacious, offering a delightful garden view that truly enhanced our relaxation. The gym facilities were particularly impressive, well-equipped, and clean, perfect for our morning workouts.
While the ambiance was pleasant overall, the check-in process took longer than expected.

Had a blast with my friends! The hotel is a gem, with friendly staff and a great breakfast. We explored local sights like the Plaza de Cervantes and enjoyed nearby parks. The relaxing spa was a nice touch too. The powerful shower in our room was fantastic for a refreshing start to the day.
But navigating the hotel's layout was tricky. it felt like a maze. We had a little trouble finding our rooms, which added some frustration to the stay.

Our last-minute stay was unforgettable, as we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious room service dinner and the heavenly bed that made us oversleep breakfast! The spa and garden area provided fantastic spots for relaxation after a long day. The only downside was that the shower design was a bit quirky, but it didn't spoil our time at all. 😊
